The Water Coolers

The Water Coolers brings a CLEAN musical comedy that's been called "one of the hottest tickets in town" by E! Entertainment TV.  This award winning musical comedy is a funny, smart, authentic take on work and life full of original songs, sketch comedy and pop parodies.

Conceived by one of the creators of the long-running New York hit Tony n' Tina's Wedding, The Water Coolers is a "laugh-out-loud" show about the things we share around the water coolers of America every day - life, work, kids, husbands, wives, travel, technology - and trying to balance it all. From pretending to understand what the IT guy is saying ("The IT Cowboy") to having a second job as a gift wrap salesperson ("Who Will Buy This Crap For My Kid's School?") to trying to figure out exactly what that one guy does all day ("The Great Pretender"), The Water Coolers will make your audiences howl at the things we all face from 9 to 5.

Chadron State College - Galaxy Series

The Water Coolers did a fantastic job!!! The audience has a great time and they did work with us. I would recommend them. The instructor and the students just raved about the class. Peter did a fantastic job. He was also a real delight to have for dinner also.

Brewton Council of the Arts

Great, great great! A lot of people are saying it's the best show we've ever had. Not one negative remark. The cast was friendly on and offstage.

College of the Albemarle - Performing Arts Series

Everything went great! The show was awesome and I think the audience really enjoyed it. They were super easy to work with and very professional.

Blackrock Center for the Arts

Outstanding! Hilarious! So much fun!

The skits were well written, the music and choreography were witty and original, and the actors topnotch with great singing voices to boot. Everyone in our office is still laughing about the IT Cowboy!

The Water Coolers offer two types of outreach programs: a Master Class and the Young Talent Walk-On Competition.

The most straightforward program is their traditional Master Class in which a professional actor from New York and The Water Coolers’ musical director teach songs and demonstrate specific acting techniques. A Master Class Prep Kit is available upon request to help local teachers prepare students in advance of the workshop to maximize the learning experience.

And if you want to create a really extraordinary experience for students while generating buzz about The Water Coolers’ appearance, work with local teachers and The Water Coolers to hold the Young Talent Walk-On Competition. Known as The Big Break, the Competition presents a unique opportunity for 1-3 local high school students to perform a special number during The Water Coolers show when they are performing in your theater!

These two outreach programs can be used separately or together.
